We love all of our clients at The Little Luxe Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require 50% of the total treatment cost as a non refundable or exchangeable deposit to be paid to the little luxe studio for your appointment.

The outstanding amount is to be paid on the day of your treatment. If deposits are not paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment , the appointment will be taken back out of the diary and made available to other waiting clients. Deposits are to secure your booking for that date and time slot originally booked. They are non refundable or exchangeable to different dates or time slots due to us booking that slot out for you.

Under No circumstances the little luxe studio will issue you a refund.

Please inform us when you have sent the payment so we can secure your time and date in the diary and send over any other necessary information such as consultation forms or arrange patch tests.

Please note we are unable to reimburse you under any circumstances. This includes COVID-19 - if you have Covid or have been told to Isolate due to COVID-19 , this is unfortunately out of our hands and cant issue refunds.

it is your responsibility to make sure you are up-to date with our current salon policies and procedures and ensure you have completed an up-to date consultation form and had a patch test before your appointment. You are held liable.

FAILURE TO ATTEND PATCH TEST APPOINTMENTS

Upon booking your appointment it clearly states you will be required to attend a patch test before your appointment. You require a patch test 48 hours minimum before your appointment ,However you must arrange this with us due to varied opening hours. If you fail to attend a patch test it will result in the loss of your deposit. it is your responsibility to arrange this with us, you are held liable.

Please note if you become pregnant, change medication or develop any new medical conditions we will require you to come in and be re-patch tested before we can complete another treatment.

If you haven't been in for a treatment for 6 months or over we will require you to come in for another patch test.

CONSULTATION FORMS

You MUST complete a consultation form before attending your appointment, we send your consultation forms electronically to the email you provided when you first book an appointment with us, all consultation forms meet the data protection legislation and are only used for the little luxe studios purposes. All information is private and confidential and only used by the little luxe studios staff members.

it is your responsibility to inform us if any information changes so we can update your consultation form, this includes if you become pregnant, have any new medical conditions or are taking any new medication. This is so we can complete your treatments effectively and safely. If you fail to update us on any changes this is at your own risk and you are held liable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things come up that are unavoidable and mean you may be unable to attend your appointment, that is absolutely fine but we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment, allowing us to allocate your slot to other waiting clients and attempt to fill the space.

Please note your deposits are non refundable or exchangeable to other dates and time slots, if you cancel or re-arrange your booking you will be required to pay a new deposit for your new time and date booked.

Less than 24 hours notice will result in any future bookings requiring a 100% deposit up front of the selected treatment price being paid upfront to secure your new booking. Again This is a non refundable/exchangeable deposit.

No Shows :

No shows, meaning you fail to attend your appointment with no attempt to contact us will result in any future booking requiring a 100% deposit upfront of the treatment price to secure any new booking. This is also a non refundable or exchangeable deposit.

Timings:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment this may result in your appointment having to be rearranged due to running behind and effecting out other bookings after you. We run on a very tight schedule at the salon and have clients in back to back so please understand if we need to do this. In some circumstances where we are unable to proceed with your appointment this may be classed as a 'no show' or 'cancelled' appointment as we would again be losing out on money due to not having time to fulfil your treatment so deposits may be needed to secure future bookings if you show up late, so please ensure you come on time for your booking slot.

In the circumstances of needing to cancel or rearrange your appointment please let us know in advance as soon as possible, we would rather know and fill your slot with another client, we understand things may come up and we appreciate you letting us know. You can call, text or message us on social media to let us know in advance, Thankyou.

1 / ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the Course. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral.

2 / DEFINITIONS

The parties referred to in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:

Course Provider, us, we: Course Provider, as the creator, operator, and publisher of the Course, is responsible for providing the Course publicly. Course Provider, us, we, our, ours and other first-person pronouns will refer to the Course Provider, as well as, if applicable, all employees and affiliates of the Course Provider.
You, the user, the participant: You, as the participant in the course and user of the Website, will be referred to throughout this Agreement with second-person pronouns such as you, your, yours, student or as user or participant.
Parties: Collectively, the parties to this Agreement (Course Provider and You) will be referred to as Parties.

The Little Luxe Studio, including all of The Little Luxe Studio’s Educators/Trainers accept no liability for loss or damages to students, equipment or to any of the customers clientele in the future. We dispense any such claims for misuse of any products or professional training provided. We do NOT authorize on completion of our courses for you to become an Educator for The Little Luxe Studios techniques. You may NOT imitate or copy any of our training materials and techniques and any unauthorized copying or rebranding of any of The Little Luxe Studios training manuals is strictly prohibited and breaches the terms of our copyright.

By enrolling onto any of our courses you understand that legal action may be taken if these terms are broken.

1 / SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

We may need to interrupt your access to the Course to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that your access to the Course and/or Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that we shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused because of such downtime.

2 / TERM, TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

We may terminate this Agreement with you at any time for any reason, with or without cause. We specifically reserve the right to terminate this Agreement if you violate any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of us or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting us and requesting termination. At the termination of this Agreement, any provisions that would be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain in full force and effect.

Please be advised that terminating this Agreement does not entitle you to a refund on any monies spent with us.

There is free parking directly to the front of the studio however sometimes you are unable to find a space due to limited spaces. However, in the streets in the surrounding area there are more places to park. Just ensure you are not parked on any yellow lines or blocking driveways on the main road.

CAR PARKS - There are a few car parks within the local area and they are around a 5/10 minute walk to and from the salon.

We can recommend

Park Road Car Park, Bedworth

79 Park Rd, Bedworth CV12 8LH - this is a pay and display car park where you must show a visible parking ticket to avoid a penalty charge. please ensure you pay for a ticket to last for the duration of your course to avoid penalties. This is the closest car park to the salon however there is more in the surrounding area.

Bedworth railway station serves the town of Bedworth in Warwickshire, England. It is on the Coventry to Nuneaton Line 6.25 miles north of Coventry railway station. This is a great option for those traveling from further away and for people whom don't drive. The Salon is in walking distance from the Bedworth railway station that should only take you around 10-15 minutes to walk. Our salon can be found on google maps to help you find your way to us!

Transportation Via Bus Routes

All saints Square, Bedworth CV12 8ND is Bedworth town centres main bus stop, it is located near the salon and only around a 5 minute walk away. If you are traveling via bus we would recommend you to put all saints square bus route into your destination. Our salon can be found on google maps to help you find your way to us!

3 / LIABILITY

Upon Completing your booking, it is your responsibility to arrange the necessary transport / accommodation required to be able to attend your course. Courses start from 9am so we ask you arrive at the academy around 15 Minutes before your course begins to ensure we can start on time.

Once purchasing your course, we are unable to change your course dates at any time, So please ensure you are happy with your booking, The Location of where the training is held and arrange all transportation/accommodation before proceeding to booking dates and making any payments.

All students MUST read all The Little Luxe Studio course details or discuss course suitability with the Trainer prior to booking and attending any of our courses. The final decision on whether the course is suitable for you shall remain with the customer.
